  1. Entry & Registration
    • Entry is free but registration is required.
    • Please bring a valid ID and your confirmation email.
  2. Respect & Conduct
    • All participants must act respectfully toward speakers, staff, and other guests.
    • Harassment, hate speech, or any toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
  3. Filming & Media
    • The event will be covered by media partners and TUNESF's social channels.
    • By entering, you agree to possibly appear in photos/videos.
  4. Demo Zones
    • Handle all game and tech demos with care.
    • Only registered booths and authorized developers may use demo stations.
  5. Time & Access
    • The venue opens 30 minutes before the first session.
    • Some areas may require badges or press authorization.
  6. Content Sharing
    • Feel free to post on social media — tag us and use the hashtag #TUNESFGamingNext.
    • However, do not leak unreleased project details.
  7. Food & Drink
    • Available on-site; no outside food allowed.
    • Respect the venue's cleanliness and use the trash bins provided.
  8. Security
    • Security checks will be conducted at the entrance.
    • Prohibited items include alcohol, weapons, and disruptive gear.
  9. Minors
    • Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
